All of our items are handmade upon order. Our current processing time to create your order is 5-10 business days. If you require an item faster than that, please contact us to discuss your needs and what the options would be.
**Payment must be received within 48 hours (unless prior arrangements have been made) or the transaction will be voided. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All regular orders are shipped the most economical option through Canada Post.
*USA - Shipping generally takes 5-10 business days, sometimes longer due to customs/holidays.
*CANADA - Shipping generally takes 1-2 weeks.
*INTERNATIONAL - Generally takes from 6 days (Airmail) to 6 weeks (Surface).
*If you require expedited shipping, please message us for a quote PRIOR to purchase.
*Shipping Multiple Items
We combine shipping for multiple items. Either message us before purchasing so we can adjust, or we will refund the balance (if more than $2.00) through Paypal.
Shipping labels are automatically generated with your address provided.
If this is not the correct address, please contact us ASAP!
We cannot be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address due to buyer error.
Insurance/Tracking is NOT included. If you'd like insurance or tracking, please message us before your purchase + we will add that to the shipping cost. For our standard method of shipping, Canada Post does NOT provide proper tracking for uninsured parcels + does not provide tracking for parcels outside of Canada. We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured.
We recycle packaging materials whenever possible, keeping costs down for you + us.
We do our best to keep the cost low while still providing a neat package.
YES, we ship internationally! If your country is not listed, please message us to get an accurate shipping quote for your country.
Any customs charges, duty, VAT or taxes that may occur through International Shipping are the buyer's responsibility. You can calculate duty here: http://www.dutycalculator.com.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking is not included in our standard shipping.
Please message us to upgrade your shipping to include tracking.
* If you have any questions about an item, please message us before purchasing. Please read listing information + double-check the listing sizes to the size you need so you are sure it will fit.
* If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order + we will address your concern. Please do not send back an item without first communicating with us.
* Any returns (pre-approved by shop) would be minus original shipping charges + return shipping would be at the buyer's own cost. Item must be returned unused, in the same condition you received it in. After reviewing, your refund will be issued.
* Custom + wholesale orders are NON-refundable/returnable.
* Refunds are not available for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured. Insurance is NOT included in our standard shipping. If you would feel more comfortable having insurance, please message us BEFORE purchasing.
* Refunds are not available for packages that are not received due to buyer not providing a current mailing address.
